Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Shipping on returned items will be covered by the consumer. Email us if you would like a shipping label provided for you. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to send proof of purchase. We do our best to provide an accurate depiction of our scented candles. If you are unhappy with the candle fragrance that you've received,  you're allowed 1 exchange of your unused candle. We want to make sure you're happy with what you've spent your money on. Keep in mind consumer pays shipping.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@selfploration.com or CLICK HERE. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. All sale items are final sale.


Exchanges
Exchanges may only be made for defective, or damaged items only. Email contact@selfploration.com to inquire about an even exchange for any item(s).


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time (7-10 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
